Zimtu Retains Rockstone for European Market Awareness

April 10, 2014 - Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXv: ZC) (FSE: ZCT1) (the "Company" or "Zimtu") announces that it has retained Stephan Bogner of Rockstone Research Ltd. ("Rockstone") of Zürich, Switzerland to focus on European market awareness, marketing and consulting services to the Company.
Rockstone will support Zimtu with broadening awareness of the Company's developments through the financial media and brokerage communities mainly, but not exclusively, in Europe. In addition to introductions, the duties may include the preparation and distribution of opinions/reviews of the Company and the Company's equity holdings.
"We are pleased to be working with Stephan and Rockstone to help increase our communications program with investors in Europe and to help expand Zimtu and our associated companies profiles there," stated David Hodge, President of Zimtu.
Rockstone will be paid $6,000 per month for services plus pre-approved expenses for printing, advertising and other costs related to services provided. Stephan Bogner has also received 100,000 options at an exercise price of $0.50 expiring February 25, 2019. These options will be vested over a twelve month period at a rate of 25% per quarter. The options are granted in accordance with Policies 3.4 and 4.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange and the terms and conditions of the Company's Stock Option Plan. The agreement may be canceled by 30 days' notice by either party.
