Greg McCoach, author of The Mining Speculator, warns that markets worldwide are going to have problems, including our junior mining stocks for awhile. Mr. McCoach sees the sovereign debt problems in Europe and the implosion of these derivatives and credit default swaps with MF Global as signs that things are going to get worse before they get better. “It’s like 2008 times 10 and it’s underway right now,” he says. However, Mr. McCoach says junior mining companies will provide opportunities for investors to find value and to come out ahead. He predicts a dramatic rise in prices for gold and silver. “This will be the next run to the newest highs. Gold will be well over $2000.
