The Business Insider: The Money Game Silicon Valley says kids over the age of 13 can handle the big, bad world of social media. Experts say that's the result of a 'problematic' 1990s internet law.
Experts told Insider that even if the law, COPPA, and the industry's age limit of 13 were raised, it wouldn't entirely ensure kids' safety online.
