Vancouver – January, 2023 – Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. (the "Company" or "Prospect Ridge") (CSE: PRR) (OTC: PRRSF) (FRA: OED) is saddened to announce the passing of a director, Dr. Allen Alper.
Mike Iverson, CEO, commented: “It is a sad day for the Company and everyone else who had the pleasure of knowing Allen. I have had the good fortune of his insight, advice, honesty and hard work for almost two decades, and his absence will be keenly felt. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends in their time of loss”.
