Russia to increase oil exports by 8pct by 2020 - Transneft

Interfax reported that Transneft's development strategy to 2020 forecasts that Russia will increase oil exports by 8% then compared with 2011 to 256 million tonnes.

Mr Igor Dyomin spokesman of Transneft told Interfax that this forecast is contained in Transneft's strategic development
