Steel billet prices at Black Sea down to lowest levels

It is reported that steel billet price at Black Sea from Ukrainian steel mills further decreased this week by around USD 10 per tonne.

This brings the total loss to USD 40 per tonne to USD 50 per tonne since last peak in early January.

Incidentally, such low levels have not been seen
