Shougang Group issues production targets for H2

It is reported that issuing its production plan for the second half of 2010, Chinese steel producer Shougang Group has stated that it intends to lower costs, expand its product mix and improve product quality, as it targets outputs of 1 million tonnes each for automotive steel pipeline steel
