Kincora announces retirement of director
  • Luke Leslie retires from non-executive chairman and director positions
     
  • Duchintav Khojgor, a non-executive director since Kincora's formation and a significant shareholder, is appointed interim non-executive chairman

VANCOUVER, March 15, 2018 /CNW/ - Kincora Copper Ltd. (the "Company", "Kincora") (TSXV:KCC) announces that Luke Leslie today retired as Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director, with Duchintav Khojgor appointed interim Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr Khojgor is Kincora's local partner, with over 20 years' entrepreneurship experience, including many Mongolian mining and exploration entities, and has been a major shareholder since the Company's formation.

"Luke has played an invaluable role on our board over the last seven years since being instrumental in the formation of Kincora, including as Chairman of the Group and Chairman of the Audit Committee," said Duchintav Khojgor, Interim Chairman. "His judgment and strategic acumen benefited our people and our shareholders during a long period of service."
