In addition: (i) PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were appointed as the auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and the directors were authorized to fix their remuneration, and (ii) all unallocated stock options under the Company's stock option plan were approved.
ABOUT ANACONDA
Anaconda Mining is a TSX-listed gold mining, exploration and development company, focused in the prospective Atlantic Canadian jurisdictions of Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.
