GARLAND, Texas, Oct. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- KARLEE Inc., an award-winning provider of contract manufacturing and metal fabrication services, today announced that it has a new parent, Porter's Group LLC., one of the largest independent metal fabricators in the United States and business partner to major blue chip corporations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As a result of the sale, KARLEE will be able to add its account base of aerospace, commercial goods, medical equipment and manufacturing companies to Porter Group's accounts in the security, mining, heavy equipment and trucking industries. With KARLEE's 200,000 square foot facility, Porter's national base of operations now totals more than 600,000 square feet.
