Firestone shareholders approve Kopane acquisition

Aim-listed Firestone Diamonds shareholders on Friday approved the acquisition of Kopane Diamond Developments. Approval is still required from the Kopane shareholders, which would vote through a scheme-of-arrangement on Monday. This would be followed by the scheme court hearing and the subsequent confirmation of the reduction of capital.
