Direct Part Production for Aerospace is Ready to Take Off – Are You Prepared?

Developments with additive for direct production of aerospace parts are moving more rapidly than anyone expected. Most aerospace OEMs and their top contract manufacturers are developing flight critical parts on laser melting or sintering platforms. Already Lockheed, Airbus and SpaceX have been putting non-structural parts on planes and rockets. Machine providers are scrambling to keep up with demand, while the supply chain attempts to assess the timeline within which these parts can be fully tested, qualified and certified for flight.

Infocast's 2nd Additive Aerospace Summit in early November will be the definitive place where the aerospace establishment meets with the additive supplier community to assess mutual needs and frameworks going forward. The following groups will compare notes and form new relationships:

  • Top Aerospace OEM and manufacturer directors, managers & manufacturing specialists
  • Key regulatory authorities for aerospace
  • Machine manufacturers, both old & new, design software and metal powder & advanced materials providers
  • Leading researchers and directors of R&D institutes
  • Executives and directors from incumbent machining & plastics contract shops
  • Consultants, analysts, investors

Don't miss this unique opportunity to strategize and make important contacts! We look forward to meeting you at the Summit.

Sincerely,

The Infocast Advanced Manufacturing Team
