Commerce Resources Corp. Appoints New President‏
Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE, FSE: D7H) (the "Company" or "Commerce") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Christopher Grove to the position of President of the Company. Mr. Grove previously served with the Company in the role of Corporate Development as well as Director. Mr. David Hodge, former President, will continue as Chief Executive Officer and Director.

"This realignment of executive positions is to advance the corporate focus of development through a partnership arrangement." said Dave Hodge, Director.
