JNR Announces Re-Election of Directors and Planning of 2013 Programs

Saskatoon, SK, October 22, 2012 - (MetalsNews) - JNR Resources Inc. (TSXV:JNN) (the 'Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders held on Friday October 19, 2012, Richard Kusmirski, Tracy Hurley, Dr. Leslie Beck, Ron Hochstein and David Billard were all re-elected as directors and all proposed resolutions were approved.

Planning is underway for exploration programs in 2013 on a number of the Company's 100% owned projects as well as joint ventures. The Moore Lake property is host to an impressive inventory of high-priority targets that are in various stages of exploration and remains one of the pre-eminent uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin.
