Immediately following the shareholder meeting, Mr. Watson was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Company. The Company would like to welcome Mr. Watson to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Watson is currently the President and CEO of Sandstorm Gold Ltd. (TSX:SSL)(NYSE MKT:SAND) and has helped to develop the royalty financing business model for over a decade. In that time he has raised more than $1.5 billion in capital to deploy into numerous royalty transactions.

Mr. Watson is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Valedictorian), holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.
