Diadem Resources Ltd. ("Diadem" or the "Company") announces that, today, pursuant to its "rolling" stock option plan and subject to TSX Venture approval, the Company has granted incentive stock options to one of the Company's directors, to purchase up to 100,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company.

All such options have an exercise price of $0.14 per common share and, subject to the provisions of the Plan, shall vest upon grant and shall expire on January 12, 2015. The granted options and any stock resulting from the exercise thereof are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of grant.

Diadem currently has 45,599,014 issued and outstanding common shares. Including the issuance hereby announced, Diadem will have an aggregate 3,850,000 options outstanding at various exercise prices leaving an additional 709,901 options reserved for issuance under its plan.
