Resource Exchange of America Corporation Announces the Additions of Chief Legal Officer and Lead Estimator to Its Subsidiary, Asset Recovery of America, LLC

SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire - July 30, 2010) -  Resource Exchange of America Corporation (OTCBB: RXAC), a Florida-based recycling company, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Asset Recovery of America, LLC (ARA) bolsters its management team. 

David Finkelstein, CFO of Resource Exchange of America Corp. (RXAC), will assume the position of Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of the subsidiary, and will also serve as President. Mr. Finkelstein will retain his position as CFO for REAC while serving in his new capacity at ARA. The addition of the position of Chief Legal Officer at ARA will streamline and increase interaction between the Board of Directors of RXAC, and the legal department and management team of ARA. Simultaneously, Jason Livingston will be appointed to the new position of Lead Estimator of ARA.

The addition of the positions of Chief Legal Officer and Lead Estimator to the management team of ARA is designed to facilitate an efficient division of labor, increase revenues, minimize expenses and facilitate communication between departments.

About David Finkelstein
Mr. Finkelstein is an Attorney at Law, and a CPA who brings considerable legal and financial expertise to Asset Recovery of America. Before founding his own firm in 1990, Mr. Finkelstein practiced for many years with two of the largest and most prominent law firms in the country, Fulbright & Jaworski, the largest firm in Texas, and Holland & Knight, the largest law firm in Florida. He served as controller of a subsidiary of a large utility in Atlanta, and as tax counsel to his bar association. Mr. Finkelstein has a law degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration, all from the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

About Jason Livingston
Jason Livingston is licensed as a Certified General Contractor and an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. He holds a degree in organizational communication from Rollins College in Florida. Mr. Livingston has over 13 years experience in the demolition industry. In the position as Lead Estimator, he will be able to leverage his experience and competence to elevate revenues.
