Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 195,584 shares representing approximately 0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital.

The Company further announces that Matthew Tack, Finance Director, bought on 3rd September 2010 5,079 shares in the Company at a price of 254.5p per share.
