Blackham Resources Ltd (ASX:BLK) Appointment of New CFO

Blackham Resources Ltd (ASX:BLK) (OTCMKTS:BKHRF) ("Blackham") is pleased to announce that Mr Anthony Rechichi has joined the management team at Blackham as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Rechichi is a Chartered Accountant and a highly accomplished senior accounting and finance professional with over 17 years of experience in public companies and professional services, predominantly in the gold mining industry. Mr Rechichi has proven strong leadership qualities, with excellent communication and team building skills, underpinned by solid technical expertise.

Mr Rechichi spent the last ten years with Resolute Mining Limited where he most recently performed the role of General Manager - Finance, and now brings a wealth of financial and operational experience to the Blackham team. At Resolute, Mr Rechichi's responsibilities included long term budgeting and forecasting across three operating mines with a key focus on cost control, treasury management, financial reporting, and taxation planning and compliance. Additionally, Mr Rechichi has strong experience in both debt and equity financing.

The Managing Director, Mr Bryan Dixon said "Following a formal recruitment process, we have been fortunate enough to have secured the services of Anthony who is a very experienced mining executive with strong gold operational expertise."

Mr Rechichi replaces Mr Jeff Dawkins who has resigned to take up another role. The Board wishes to thank Mr Dawkins for his past loyal service through the development, commissioning and early operational phases of the Matilda/Wiluna Gold Operation.
